Triple Crown Academy 3:30
January 6, 2007- Meeting called to order by Peggy Jennings at 11:00 am at
Somervell County Expo Center, Glen Rose, Tx.
Members in attendance included: Noel DeBruin, Deb Casey, Marjorie Kuenz, Bill Ross, Nikki Ross, Dolores Wagner, Lorrie Hilt, Matthew Johnson, Jacquelyn Johnson, Barbara Hamilton, Kerry Hamilton, Jimmie Ploch, Michael Stetler, JoAnn Phillips, Grace Harper, Kristina Hedrick, Linda Harris, Robert Calvert, Shana Haskins, Gaye Warren, Peggy Jennings.
New Business:
1) Vote on new executive committee and announcement of new executive committee
members:

Theme for 2009 Specialty voted in- Catch the Dream
It was discussed and decided that graphic suggestions for the “Catch the Dream” theme will be completed and voted on in July 2007.
3) Discussion and Decision of next meeting dates:
It was proposed that the next member meetings should be held in Denton on May 12, and in Houston on July 21. It was suggested and agreed upon that the executive committee shall meet before the next member meeting in order to organize club business. It was also noted that executive committee meetings are open for all members to attend.
Meeting adjourned at 11:30 am.
